I led editorial and strategy at NBC’s flagship Gen Z news brand, overseeing content across social with a particular focus on YouTube. I managed and mentored a high-performing team of producers and journalists while launching original franchises, special projects and award-winning election coverage, including a cross-platform initiative on young voters that featured multiple national surveys.

  • Oversaw editorial strategy for daily news coverage and major global events, including the 2024 U.S. presidential election, the Summer Olympics, and unfolding international crises in Gaza and Ukraine — ensuring relevance, accuracy and resonance with Gen Z audiences

  • Drove a 38% increase in YouTube subscribers and an 18% boost in engagement, marking the highest sustained growth period in the channel’s history

  • Led creative and strategic initiatives that more than doubled viewership on priority videos, transforming performance benchmarks and redefining success metrics

  • Achieved a 3x increase in video views by leveraging YouTube’s Community tab as a high-impact distribution and engagement tool — previously underutilized by the brand
